The bible encourages us to be a DOER of the Word. This means that we are to actually write out a script. Then act it out in our imagination. We continually practice our lines until they become more real on the inside than anything on the outside.
To Ponder in my HEART is to imagine as if it is real. The HEART does not know the difference between what is real and what is imagined. This is why romance novels, television and pornography is so powerful. When you imagine something as real, your body actually responds to it.
